“A Healthy Spirit in a Healthy Body”

 

Physical activity is a prerequisite for a healthy body, but also an excellent prevention of many health problems.

It is important from the earliest age to create healthy and good habits that not only positively affect physical health, but also the state of mind. This year, in cooperation with Jasmina Kavazović, we introduced exercises and activities to improve the physical health of our children. We teach them teamwork skills trough customized exercises and appropriate props.

In the afternoon, our classroom becomes a recreation room where everyone is having fun and exercise.  Our coach creates a plan of activities for children in an appealing way, through fun and play, stimulating healthy growth and development. We have the opportunity to see physical activity time as an opportunity for relationship building, cooperation, and positive interconnectedness.
